I generally had a positive experience at Diehl. Worked with James and John, who were straightforward and easy to work with. My main concern was that the finance process took an inordinate amount of time for what was ultimately a cash purchase in full. Additionally, I was presented with extended warranty options at the time of payment, which were not explained to me in advance. This did not give me adequate time to consider the Additional cost/value against my budget, so no decision was made at that time. In general though, I had a positive experience overall.

I had a good experience with diehl toyota. I wanted to buy a hybrid Corolla and trade in my existing Corolla. Diehl’s sales manager and sales rep worked with me and identified a hybrid Corolla that is in production that I committed to buy and we arrived at a fair trade in value. It was a good experience and I was happy with the results.

First, time buying a new vehicle in over 30 years. Had a perfect experience with salesman Cornell Charles. Took time to listen to our concerns, answer quickly. Went though the process with us explaining every detail. Walked us over to the Finance Manager Matt Garger. He ran every option out there, finding the best deal. Explained everything, making the process flawless. Got my first new vehicle at 55 years old. This team made my experience wonderful. Thank you.

I am so impressed!! I responded to an add on FB regarding being interested in a Toyota. I got a response from Jeff Rossiter and he was willing to set up an appointment. My husband was in the hospital at the time so he said he would call me the following week. And he did!! When I spoke to him my husband was just coming out of surgery from having his pacemaker replaced. He said he would call me the following week. And he did and we met with Jeff and he listened to what I wanted, spoke with the manager and they found what I wanted that was to be built for another dealer the first of April. They managed to assign the Highlander I wanted to their dealership by making a trade. Hopefully I will have my Highlander by May! Jeff was AWESOME! He’s down to earth and really works for the customer! This will be the second car I’ve purchased from this dealership! Thank you for making my purchase so special and easy! This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I am 76 years old!! Jeff kept me up to date on the process of my new Highlander and it was delivered at the end of April!! I want to foremost thank Diehl management and financing, Matt has helped me back when he was in car sells, then in financing, Matt has always followed through with his promises as much as possible or able to do and I got to say I'm only 55 and I see more trucks cars in my future because of the continued relationships developed. thank you, Matt, on scale of 1-10 you're a 100 percent in my book.
