We were looking for a specific used car, willing to drive a couple hours for a good one, but wanted to lock-in the OTD price before traveling that far… After 8 weeks of searching, Diehl Toyota in Butler, PA posted one that fit our description, we negotiated the OTD price via email, drove a couple hours to inspect & test drive it, bought it for the agreed upon price, got a good interest rate, didn’t get hassled to buy add-ons, etc. and overall, it was one of our better car-buying experiences in the last 20 years. We worked with Christopher Lasuola & Dominick Hillwig. Diehl just bought out a dealership closer to us, in Wooster, Ohio, so apparently treating people right is a successful business plan!

He and John Mitsos put together a deal for me on a 2026 Tacoma Off Road that i promise you no other dealer in the area would ever do. Matt is a excellent salesman and with John really made me feel like they wanted my business in the best way possible. Then when in with business manager Matthew Hilty he was able with effort on his end to find me a incredible low low rate. What a deal what a team Matt, John, and Matt rocked.
