We where visiting from Florida and the radiator seal on our Sienna van went bad. Placed a call to Diehl Toyota and explained the situation. The receptionist was able to get us an appointment the next morning. Arrived for appointment and greeted right away. The service technician Tim diagnosed the problem. He explained they would have to order the part in from California. With being disabled and having a motorized chair that is fit for the van, I had to leave everything there. They gave us a loaner vehicle that would be the best fit for me. The service department took it upon themselves to have the part overnighted. They worked on the van the very next morning and got my vehicle back within three days. I truly am thankful for the care, compassion and timely service. I highly recommend this dealership.
