Recently purchased a new 2025 RAV4 and had a wonderful experience. After being severely ripped off by a different dealership on my last car, I went into this process very reserved and anxious. Matt M. in sales was great with explaining the vehicle and worked out a great deal for me, without all of the pushy and condescending tactics I’ve had car salesmen use on me in the past. Matt H. in finance was equally amazing, taking the time to go over every document in as much depth as I wanted and not rushing me through signing despite it being closing time. I would absolutely recommend Diehl for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from honest folks who aren’t just looking to make the quick extra buck.

Decided to downsize from my Ram to a Camry. Found the car I wanted and went to see it. Walked to the lot and went into the showroom with no interaction which quite surprised me. I went back outside to look at another vehicle and on my way back in Jeff greeted me at the door. What i thought was going to be an awful car buying experience turned into just the opposite. He actually listened to me and how I wanted to handle the transaction. He was attentive and patient. I did buy that Camry for 2 reasons. One, it was the car I wanted but more importantly the experience was awesome and I wasn't expecting that to happen. Jeff is my new car guy for sure!
